I've got the same problem,been like it for a few weeks now and its starting to get on my nerves,mine are all ntlworld. How do I get my emails back,also cant view emails on my virginmedia account page just says sorry its not available and to ring
What exactly didn’t work? Are you receiving any error message? Are you allowing Windows mail to set up the account automatically or are you doing this manually? Is the account set to download all mail? Are copy & pasting the password? If so make sure there’s no space added at the beginning or end. Make sure caps lock or Number lock isn’t active/on. Are currently a VirginMedia subscriber?
I wasted nearly two hours trying to add a virginmedia account to Outlook2019 last night. No problem with NTL accounts. I think something has changed in Outlook 2019. Any real help would be appreciated.
