The usual reason for that is - the email address has been deleted because the user no longer has a live paid-for-monthly Broadband account.

Any emails using such an account should have been deleted 90 days after after the Broadband ceased.

Is that the case here?

Thank you for reaching out to us ion our community and welcome, sorry to hear your username or password isn't working, what is it you are trying to sign into, are you still a Virgin Media customer with a active Virgin Media account?

 

I have tried to have a look at things our end however wasn't able to locate the account with the details we have for you.
