I have a virgin.net email account which i use via my phone. I have just upgraded and my new phone is asking for a password which i dont have. I am also unable to reset it via the Virgin media website.
I am still able to access the account via my old phone, emails are coming through and i can still send.
How can i update the password to allow me to use the account on my new phone.

Sorry to hear of the email issues.
If the email address we are discussing is not linked to an active account, there is a good chance it's either been deleted or it's set for deletion.
