Virgin Mailbox Not available

Whilst trying to send an email I received the above message which also said try again in one hour.  I can see that others have experienced this problem.

I would be grateful if someone could advise the quickest route to get this fixed.  My self and my wife have recently lost both of our parents and are trying to arrange two funerals.  At this time we cannot do without email.

Please can you help?

Had the same issue last week. Try changing your password, wait 10 min and try the emails again. Worked for me 🙂

Can you confirm if you've tried resetting the password yourself first?
