Re: Unable to send emails - Authentication Denied (VM321)

@Natalie_L - All we really need to know is are the failed logins that happen prior to the VM321 errors coming from the OP's home IP?

The VM321 errors happen because there are too many failed logins on the account in a 60 minute interval.

Re: Unable to send emails - Authentication Denied (VM321)

I don’t understand why this thread has been marked as “solved” when I’m still unable to send emails from my phone or other electronic devices.

I have changed my password and waited for the “reset”. I’ve updated the password on all my devices. I’ve removed all emails from the outbox as was suggested. I still have the exact same issue. I was last contacted by a moderator 2 days and have heard nothing since. I don’t get why this is still an issue. The problem has been going for for over two weeks now.
