I first raised this problem back in November - 5 months ago! Since then I have been in contact with David on this forum who has been trying to help by liaising with IT support. Despite my chasing him nothing has happened. There have been promises that IT are looking into it but there hasn't been any change. I want to get into my email accounts to change passwords and I've been unable to since November.
I've tried many times clearing my browsing history, using different browsers etc but still get the "Oops something's broken" screen. I've also sent screenshots of the problem.
Over the last week or so I've actually had two voicemails from IT support but have been unable to understand what they've said. My hearing is bad and it makes phone calls difficult so there's not much point in me calling back. My wife tells me that in the last voicemail they said that if I didn't call back they would close the ticket.
The website seems to be a complete mess but I remember seeing a form for raising a complaint somewhere. If I can find it again I think that's what I'll do!
