Until recently I had a rule setup in my outlook application to autoforward any messages from our daughters school via their email address [removed]. This has worked fine but now for some reason if the original email message contains the word Newsletter in the subject, it is being rejected by the VM mail server and treated as spam.

How can this be fixed as I cannot add the other email address in question to the parentpay system as a second email address to get the same emails.

Frequent updates to the matching data used by spam filters is likely to be responsible for this and will hopefully clear itself in 6, 12, or 24 hours.
If the problem persist you will need to wait for a forum team member to liaise with their spam filtering service provide to resolve the issue; it would be of help to them if you post the unique string reference displayed in the spam content warning message here; it will look similar to KU0NhZOATHMokKU0Nhbsn1.
@David_Pn, under which abuse type should the report be submitted and are the specialist email team aware that @abtrooper82 is unlikely to have the request header information because there is none; as nothing has been sent.
I have deleted all the failed emails from my outlook account, and I think someone else has replied to your request and I agree with what they have said in terms of Email header information on something that was never sent. I will wait for the next email from the source to arrive and see if the problem still exists.
