Shared email account,2 of us can use it ,but the 3rd person gets told wrong user name/password

My daughter just gets told her email address/password is wrong have checked both items correct.

yes, 2 of us can read our emails, our daughter cannot log into hers.

If you are the Primary account holder have you tried setting a new password for secondary account used by your daughter?

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.
