Spamcop has blacklisted 126.96.36.199, which is a VM SMTP server hosted by Ziggo?

Thanks. I can confirm that 18.104.22.168 is no longer blacklisted, so this must have been a transient issue.
Spamcop entries normally time out after 24 hours unless there are further hits from the same IP address.
It still might be worth the Forum Team passing this on to security though.
