Hi! I would like to ask for some assistance regarding a refund. I have deposited a 10£ credit on my previous account which is [MOD EDIT: Removed] which I disconnected within the 14 day period. I've talked to customer service and told that this will be refunded. I tried to fix this through live chat but it seems they can't find the reflection of the payment I made. I can't send the screenshots int he live chat of the billing virgin sent me.
