I've been having the same issue since Friday last week - random times, with webmail only. Works fine on my phone, but that's not really the point I guess. 

Yesterday the webmail was down all day. Today it's been fine all day but won't work this evening.

No idea what's going on, but it's extremely frustrating!

When you say webmail isn't working what, if any error messages do you get? Is it the same as the subject heading?

Unfortunately, yes. This is the full message:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

I found another thread here suggesting that we clear our cache. I've tried that and no luck, unfortunately!

This will need looking at by the VM IT team to determine the cause.  Normally it would be at least 24 hours before the forum team can make that referral.  However, due to the earlier confusion, I will escalate this for you.
