Ntlworld email

Hi

I have got the same problem. My ntlworld email hacked in December and now I can't access it. Did you get a resolution?

We're sorry to hear you've also had issues with your ntlworld email account and cannot access it, could you please let us know if you've tried to change your online password here to see if this resolves the issue?
Also, have you previously contacted our faults team in regard to this and has any ticket been raised with our IT team or similar to resolve?

When I try the suggested link k get messge that its an invalid email address .

It sounds as if the email would have been deleted/orphaned rather that it being hacked. 

Just to ask - is the email attached to an account which is no longer active in terms of the service? If not, just let us know and we would be able to help.

My email was definitely hacked as messages sent to my whole address book.

We still have a virgin media account and really need my ntlworld email address to be back up and running.

Please let me know how to get this email back and attached to my virgin media account.
