Hi

 

I am having the same issue - have done so since Monday.

I use the account through Outlook and once I noticed I wasn't receiving emails I went on the Virgin portal and that's where I received the error message similar to that in the original post. I tried again today and the same message is what I am getting. Would appreciate any type of assistance.

I've re-enabled the mailboxes for you today. Please make sure you change the sign in password and also run malware scans on your devices.

Hi, I re-enabled it yesterday. It should now be working 🙂

 

If not, please do the malware scans and change the password to something brand new and unique
