Re: How to stop email auto forwarding

Open VM Webmail

Click 3 bars top right in black band

Click Settings

In left pane, click triangle to expand “Email”

Click Auto Forward

Delete any forwarding address(es) in right-hand pane.

Re: How to stop email auto forwarding

Hi daybreak2404

Just a quick update as promised today

The additional email address you needed deleting has now been removed from your account.

If by any chance you need further help, pop back on here the same as you have before

All the best

F645BB50-F55C-4517-A8E4-3EEF2C285721.pngI do not have any email addresses listed as shown in the photo but my emails are being forwarded to my gmail account. Where else can this be configured?

Re: How to stop email auto forwarding

I believe there is an option in Gmail to 'pull' emails in from other accounts.  Maybe you have this setup.

Re: How to stop email auto forwarding

Look under Filter Rules; if you find any unexpected rules take a screenshot or note down what they are doing then either disable or delete them, and follow the instruction here, Compromised Email Account advice.

Re: How to stop email auto forwarding

Could you clarify please.  Was it the pull function in Gmail or a filter rule in VM Mail?
