I wanted to add that if you are authenticating on port 587 and getting a relaying denied error when sending outbound, then your email provider needs to look at what they've done with the server.

I thought you said you were using the settings I advised.

 I can see straight away that you’re using port 25 rather than 587.

If I recall correctly the trick with Outlook is to set the encryption type before you change the default port number from 25 to 587 - or Outlook reverts to the default port 25. You think you've changed the port setting, but you haven't?
