Printing off emails

When I print off my emails the first page just shows the senders email address, this has only just started to happen, how can I amend it so that this is included on the next page with the rest of the email?

Is there a mismatch between the page size on the computer ( e.g. Letter ) and the A4 paper in the printer ?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with printing your emails. Can I ask if you have been able to follow the advise from our community members as well as viewing the page linked by 用心棒?
