Please help - mailbox unavailable

Hi Virign media

 

Read your post - please can you contact me about my NTL email - it's not letting me access the email account and its been like this for five days now. I have important messages to reply to and its stopping me from doing my work

 

the error message I get says - mailbox unavailable 

 

please can you fix

Hi Wiseflower,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry your mailbox is also unavailable. 

The first thing I need to ask from you is to do a virus check on all your devices that have been used to access your email. 

Please let me know once you've done this so I can continue 🙂

Hi Megan - done that and its still not working.

I also called up Virgin Media who reset my password - however, I'm now getting the FORBIDDEN message. I've cleared all cache, cookies and history - still no joy.

To confirm, I am also still a customer with you.
