Good Morning
Ive been locked out of my old blueyonder email for many years now, password reset does not work. I just refound a site that requires me to have that old email to access my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately after all this time the email account will have been permanently deleted. You'll have to explain this to the contact.
Virgin no longer create new email accounts.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your email.
If this is an old email that was attached to an old account no longer active with us then the email would have been removed and we would not be able to reinstate it.
