My main ntlworld.com email account has become "unavailable" and the password reset doesnt work (no error shows - it just doesnt do anything when I put a new password in and present reset
The account is a secondary one to the main account user (who I confirm remains an active virgin customer)
Does anyone know how I can get my email back please?

I have had my primary ntlworld.com email for many years. It is now saying it is unavailable and password reset doesnt do anything (no error - just is unresponsive)
