Good, these type of issues can take sometime to resolve if the email address concerned has somehow become detached from your current Virgin Media broadband account.  Annoying as it may be you will have to be patient whilst they investigate.

I have been patient. I would never post on a public forum, except that Virginmedia gave me no choice but to do so. It was actually their suggestion.

Your comment however well meant was patronising and unwelcome.
