No access to emails

Dialled in

What is going on with email access? Cannot see emails on any device.

On the PC, via Virgin Media site, I get the message

"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."

On my phone I get "Sign-in failed"

Email access had been fine earlier in the day. What has happened?

Like many others, your email account has been locked by VM;s "spam and abuse" system.

Follow the advice here to unlock your account:

Thanks for this
The problem "corrected itself" last night about 6pm
