So I am on day 14 and still no access to webmail Nothing back about another ticket raised on 28th June about this issue Thought I'd cracked it when I had contact about this issue but once again radio silence when it comes to resolving my issue I bet virginmedia wouldn't be so quiet if I reused to pay my bill!

Our teams were working through the night to complete planned and essential work to our email service.
