Can anyone tell me how I move my situation on now, possibly with legal redress I haven't been able to log into webmail since 19th/20th June I have raised tickets with IT who have either said resolved or my last one is radio silence I am told to change my password, I can't as I don't have the option to put in my email address through the link on my account page I just get forbidden I had high hopes of my last contact via this page as they finally seemed to understand my problem However nothing since Wednesday This has cost me money now as I have lost work and and am unable to change my email address on some accounts without confirming I want to do so by clicking on a link sent to my ntlworld email. Please help someone Thank you!

As you're unable to reset your password due to this error, we can have a look for you and assist with that change.
