My ntlworld email is suddenly not working.
I bought a new iPad, when I set up the imap email it says the username and password does not work. I’ve tried changing them but no dice. Email on my phone no no longer works either. The email IS part of my VM account and I’ve used it for years.
I cannot access webmail, I get an error asking me to try again.
It’s really important that I get into my email ASAP. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your mail account.
Can I just confirm a few things, have you tried to sign in on any other devices or any other web browsers? If so, do you get the same error message?
Are you also able to log in via your account number when logging into your Virgin media online account? If you click "Forgotten username" You should be able to log in via your account number.
What happens when you reset the password? Does it allow you to log in?
