This is the third time I have had a similar problem in the last two days and urgently need to be able to forward the emails to my work address to access them at a meeting.

Hi @Penguin12
Thanks for posting on our community forum!
Sorry to hear about this, do you experience this issue with sending any other emails? Are you experiencing via webmail or using a client such as Outlook etc?
Regards

The problem only started yesterday.
I am using Outlook to get my emails.

Thank you for that. Are you able to try other clients to see if the issue is replicated?

I've had a similar issue for the past week. e-mails from a reputable business I've worked with for years have been going into spam. When I've found the e-mails and replied, something in their footer (signature block) was being seen as dodgy and the e-mail was not sending until I deleted the footer. Next day, my e-mail address was blocked by Virgin. They thought I had malware but I do not.
I think they have upped their security and are reacting to false positives.

It was the emails which I sent which were supposed to contain spam. Fortunately, the problem appears to have gone now.
