My Blueyonder account has disappeared

Hi, I have both gmail  and blueyonder email accounts  that I access via my husbands virgin media account.

a few weeks ago the blueyonder email account disappeared.

live tried to reinstate it myself using google ….and then hubby rang virgin media ( he couldn’t seem to  get the tel call operator to understand the issue, and they appear to have cut him off during the call)

so we can’t seem to get it resolved.

I’ve had the blueyonder account for years with no issues until recently.

I did tidy up my email folders recently and wonder if I have also deleted the “in box” accidentally ?

We're sorry to see there's an issue with accessing your email account currently due to an error, as coenoby above has advised did you check whether the email is still active or not showing on the forwarding list at all? 

Could you give us an insight of what error comes up when trying to access this email and what you've already tried as a fix?

You may also try this page here to see if your email address and mailbox is still active.

Let us know of the above as well as any further updates since you posted this, happy to assist more if you still need our help.

There might be a clue as to what has happened if you can post the error message that you get when you try accessing your Blueyonder email account directly on the VM website. (But don't post your email address.)

You can check that by entering the email address here https://mail2.virginmedia.com/  and then entering the password when prompted.
