Moved home, and no longer a Virgin Media customer

Hello Community

i have moved home to an area that Virgin Media can’t provide a service to, therefore I have switched service provider. My account is up to date, disconnected and equipment returned. My question is will I retain access to continue to use my VirginMedia  email account, and if so for how long. Or will I have to change everything and stop using my VM email Address?
thanks in advance......

Re: Moved home, and no longer a Virgin Media customer

The VM email address should remain active for up to 90 days following closure of the account.

You may find that VM webmail access closes sooner than 90 days, but should be able to access the email account via a third party email client.

Sometimes the email address slips through the net, but you should not rely on that happening.
