Mailbox unavailable

Hi,

when I log into my email it says ‘mailbox unavailable try again in an hour’ which hasn’t changed in a week. I’ve called the number provided and there’s no options for emails but I finally spoke to someone and they said it’ll be fix in a week latest but it’s been over a week now. 

i received a letter saying there was suspicious activity and change the password which I have done but it’s still unavailable.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting, sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing your emails. We appreciate how frustrating this can be.

 

As you have already attempted to change your password but are still unable to access your emails I will unlock this for you.

 

Once You are back in please change your password straight away so it prevents this from happening in the future
