Interesting to read that email accounts were hacked in February, mine was too, bloody well nice of VM to let us know! I also had a forwarding of emails set up, luckily they didn't get any financial details.
It was very unethical and irresponsible of VM not to declare a hacking.
I too have this issue and have had no response to a post on here, I've spent an hour on hold with no success and had to learn my email was hacked in February from Google when trying to sign in on my son's tablet! Not impressed Virgin! I'm waiting for your reply.....
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums. I'll PM you shortly to get your account details.. Just to clarify, mailboxes that do not have an active Virgin Media account attached can only be deleted, unfortunately there is no way to re-activate these mailboxes.
