Mailbox Unavailable

Hi.  I am unable to access one of my email accounts, I just keep getting a message to say Mailbox Unavailable. I did recently received a letter and followed the instructions to update my password. Unfortunately I still get the same error and this has been happening for about a week now.  I would like to be able to access my emails.  I have tried contacting the Customer Service team on Chat and on the phone but to no avail.

Any advice will be welcome.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Just to confirm do you have an active broadband account?

I have looked into the background of your account and changed a setting, please can you try to log into your mailbox again.
