Long time email account problem

Hi there, hoping can get some help here, tryed so many times online, with no help at all.

about a year ago, there was a slight change to my account, no idea why, but got a new hub3 2-3 days later, delivered which i already had, this when probs started.  set up account with new hub,

same mail as always used, failed. (the letter with Info, had my My mail all in capitals letters

****@BLUEYONDER.CO.UK  WHEN MINE ***@blueyonder.co.uk  But still none work

went to log into account, always failed, called a few times to get sorted, would be told would be fixed soon.   this cant be fixed by say forgotten password ect, as it rejects any of my 3 email.

So cant get to my account to make any changes, check anything upgrade for black fridays deals ect.

can this be be fixed here any way, as 12 months is a long time,

Really sorry to you're having trouble with your online account. 

 

You say you set up a new account, did you register a new account when you did this? If not it might be worth trying to register via the link on the sign in page, please give this a try and let us know how you get on.

have tryed that before , tryed again today. still no luck.

  upteen calls, cant reset password,  don't accept any of my working emails for forgotten passwords.  same 3 emails since 1999

 

can i send any 1 my details whats needed  2 sort this please ?  this been since 2018

Do you get any error messages when trying to log in or reset the password? Do you know what changes were  made to the account as a new hub wouldn't require you to set up your account again.

error msg, we cannot find that email, this on the 3 have always had for a very long time and still work.

called virgin to get  to land line removed.

2 days later , new hub arrived, which don't need as already had 1, then this is when trouble started.

so many calls , with zero help.   would be great to get this sorted.

try ed this a few times. "

go through process, all good till the end, when it say cant continue.

 

can it be reset, anything to get this solved, 12 months + now w8 on this getting sorted, call center are hopeless on this one, why came here
