Hacked Ntlworld email

Hi,

I have an Ntlworld email address that I have been using for years. In the last couple of weeks I have received emails telling me it has been hacked, emails trying to blackmail me and my social media accounts have also been hacked.

I have been logged out and  have either forgotten the password or it has been changed and I'm getting failed delivery emails for messages I know nothing about ( I can no longer get in the account to see if it is still happening)

How can I either get back control of my email or delete it completely ?
