This morning I noticed a notification saying email log in failed on my mobile. I went into my account and inputted my password which is correct. I checked on my PC and was also showing as logged out and would not accept the password. I checked by trying to log into webmail and this re-directs me and says website not available. I think my account as been hacked. I can access my virgin media account (billing etc) its just my email. I have gone into my account and changed password but this does not affect the email. I have cancelled my account with Virgin but this was only 2 months ago so it shouldn't have been closed by them yet. Is there a way of sorting this?
Many thanks for the link, The first thing I did when I noticed an issue with the email account was to change information (passwords) on my virgin media account, however I still cannot gain access to the emails, I fooled the information on the link but unfortunately i'm locked out of the emails
