Error 606

Hi,

Trying to access my virgin media . All i keep getting is an "oops - Error 606" message. I've rung the number quoted 3 times (cut off twice !), but they couldn't help me. Is there a solution out there please ???

Sorry to hear you are having the 606 error message 

We are fully aware of this and are working as hard as we can to get this resolved 

The fix date is estimated for 17:00 today 17/02/2020

However this may get extended. Should you need an update then pop back on here and quote reference number F007790614

I have been having the same problem for 2 weeks, I have deleted cache and changed password but no joy. Chrome browser on laptop windows 10 64 bit, Tried edge browser on same laptop no problem. Android phone using chrome no problem.

Could we please confirm if you've tried to uninstall and reinstall the Chrome browser on the laptop in question? This is if you've checked the cache etc on this already and found no cause.

I have now uninstalled and reinstalled chrome but still unable to login to webmail or my virgin media. good news, I can login to virgin media community.

This same error has just occurred to me when I try to access my virgin media bill - no other faults.

I've not long been having this problem cleared the cache and it worked 😊

Strange how these things can cause problems lol
