Emails not sending again

Once again I can not send emails from any email app or program. I have an iPhone/ipad mac and windows computers but it keeps saying setting are wrong for SMTP server. I can and emails fine from webmail. I have deleted accounts and recreated them but still will not send on either home network or mobile connection. I have checked my ip address and I'm not blacklisted. Last time this happened there were some settings wrong on the server could this have happened again. This is only happening on 2 accounts one Virginmedia and one ntl world. I know it is nothing to do with the computers or mobile devices as I have temporary set up my wife's email account and it sends ok on both the home network and mobile data. Any help as it is getting frustrating not being able to reply to important emails during the day.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your email address.
