We changed providers earlier this year, I’d say about 6 months ago. We were told our emails would no longer be active after 90 days. I didn’t realise my Facebook account and Instagram still had my ntlworld email attached, even though I updated them to my new email account. I’ve only found this out as I have been hacked on both platforms! Both I and my husband received emails this week saying our ntlworld accounts have been stolen!
Issue of account deletion has been flagged to the forum team; be aware it can take them a few hours / days to respond though it is usually the former.
Can you post a redacted screenshot of the email here; do not post here unless personal information has been removed from image.
