Email login

Haven’t been able to log in to my Virginmedia account for two days now. Keeps asking for my password but not accepting it when I enter it. Tried everything I know with no joy.

Please let us know if you are a current VM broadband customer - that may be a factor.

Are you able to access your emails via webmail?

Next try changing your password in , and updating that in whatever device or client you are using.

While you are logged in at myvirginmedia - check that your email address is showing in the my profile section (scroll dwn to my services) or on the manage account tab.

Let us know if any of that helps and report back with exact error message - give a screen shot  if possible, as long as you obscure any personal details.  Then the superusers or forum team (VM employees) can assist if you still can't get it to work.
