Over the weekend I was the victim of a session ID attack. I have been frantically trying to batten down on all the passwords that could have been compromised and today my wife's email address has ceased to exist. I cannot log into it via online or email client, I cannot see it on my account. Is there any way possible to recover the email address as like mine we have had them for I'd say more than 20 years and as such a large part of our online activity is tied to the email address.
In 25+ years of owning a computer this is the first time I have ever been caught out like this. I'm still unsure as to how they got my session ID as a scan of my computer does not show any detected viruses.

Please can you also go through the advice shown here to check your account isn't compromised.

Thanks for confirming your details TazDevil, I have looked into this and can see that a ticket has already been logged with our support team, this can take up to 5 days to be fully resolved but once it has been resolved the team will get in touch to advise of this. We wouldn't be able to do anything further from here as this is under investigation by our support team.
Kind Regards,
