I have bought a new laptop but I can't get my blueyonder email account to work on it. It still works on my old laptop but whatever I try it does not recognise it on my new one. Also when I try to read my emails on my virgin mail on either laptop it just says not available right now

Can I firstly ask if you're still an active Virgin Media customer with us?
If you are, then I have a link here that may help 👉 Managing VM Emails - I would also recommend doing virus scans on all of your devices that have had access to your email and changing your password to something new and unique.
If you are not a Virgin Media customer anymore and you've cancelled your services, your email may have been deleted as any emails on a cancelled account will be erased after 90 days' of disconnection.
