Has anyone here contacted Virgin e.g. the CEO etc, and if so, who did they contact and how. We really need to step up our complaints or nothing will happen. This company appears to care nothing at all for its customers. I don't subscribe to this notion that mail is just a free add on. It is a service they provide and they should maintain it. I was a ntlworld customer and they were brilliant. Along came Virgin and all the problems started.

I didn't say I had a problem with the complaint procedure. I just feel that will get us nowhere given what other people have said. This email issue has gone on for two weeks now and there has been no real change.
