Cannot access my virgin.net email account

Hello,

I have not been able to access my email account on the Virgin Media web site since
the 27th of May. 

I also get a "Credentials needed" on my smart phone.

Believing that my account must have been locked I changed my Virgin Media password
on Sunday. But when I tried to access my email on Virgin Media web site later 
{Tuesday} I still get the message "Your mailbox is not available at the moment.".

This is causing me a lot of convenience, can you PLEASE sort this out ASAP ?

Provided the email address concerned is linked to your current Virgin Media broadband account the Forum Team should be able to help with unlocking the mailbox.

If it isn't linked successful resolution may not be possible.

 Yes, the email passes in MailTester.
