Can’t connect to ntlworld account

• Mail can’t connect to my ntlworld account. Any ideas what I need to do to start using my email account again?

Is this Apple's or Microsoft's Mail application? What error message, if any, is shown?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having connecting to your ntl email account.

Is the email account linked to a current active broadband account with us?

What error message are you getting please?
