Can't access new email address

Hi, I set up a new business email on Monday and haven't been able to access it. It continually says 'Sorry' Your email is unavailable... try again in an hour'.

I've contacted the help desk with no resolution, I've cleared my cache, changed the password but with no success. My primary account is an old blueyonder address I no longer use so had to set it up under that - would that cause any issues?

I'm going to give it a day and then just create a Gmail address, as this is hopeless.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your email address. 

 

Are you able to let me know, when logging into your my virgin media account, do you see the email address there?

And changing the password hasn't made a defence?

No problem. 

 

I am going to pop you over a PM so that I can get some account information and we can look into this further from here. 

 

You will be able to find the PM in the purple envelope on the top right of the screen.
