Hi, I set up a new business email on Monday and haven't been able to access it. It continually says 'Sorry' Your email is unavailable... try again in an hour'.
I've contacted the help desk with no resolution, I've cleared my cache, changed the password but with no success. My primary account is an old blueyonder address I no longer use so had to set it up under that - would that cause any issues?
I'm going to give it a day and then just create a Gmail address, as this is hopeless.
