Can't access NTLworld email

Get error msg 

"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

Anyone got a resolution??

Your account has probably been locked for a security reason.  Either follow the instructions in the message and ring in or wait at least 24 hours for the Forum Team to help you.
