Bounced Message but emails received

When people send emails to my Virgin Email they get this message.

(I've taken out the email addresses)
However, the email has been delivered and I have received it. I don't think it happens with everyone, but then how would I know? What can I do to solve this? Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Have you checked your VM webmail settings to see if you have any autoforward or filter rules set that may be forwarding emails to the non existent address?

If you don't recognise the forwarding entries it may indicate a hacking attempt.
