Hi, I am hoping someone can help me.
I was recently locked out of my blueyonder account. After changing my account details i.e. you now have to use a gmail address to access your blueyonder account, I can now view my emails view VM site on my PC browser.
I have tried adding this account to outlook express, but it wont accept the blueyonder address and if i use the gmail address (which I need to access the blueyonder account on VM) then it just adds gmail to outlook express, not the blueyonder account.
Can anyone please advise as to how I add my blueyonder account. This was previously working fine on outlook until I was locked out of the account.

Hi,
I have had something similar. You need to generate an app password from your Virgin media account (your new gmail login) and use that password with your blueyonder email address when you set up outlook.
