Hello all.
I'm trying to see if I can regain access to my old virginmedia.com email account. I'm trying to access it because my Twitter account is associated with it but I can no longer view the emails there so it makes verifying my identity tricky.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you still a virginmedia broadband customer, if you are is the email address attached to your account, if you are not a broadband account holder then I am afraid that it will not be reactivated, as Virginmedia only supply email addresses to customers.

I technically have an account that's been shifted over to my father's control in order to keep the package deal intact. His name is on the account but I believe mine is too. I'm not sure if it's the same account as the email as the account was opened fresh at a new address and the old email is associated with an account at an address previous to that.
Is it worth calling customer support?

Bad news sorry
The Email address you gave me was linked to an account that was closed
Sadly we will not be able re enable this or allow any access to it
I know this is not the answer you were hoping for
