Access blocked for spamming

I've been blocked from accessing emails twice within 3 weeks, and both times the support line has told me it's due to my account being used for spam.

Is there any way to find out from VM where that spam has originated from?

You will need to wait for a forum team member to see if they can help with retrieving the originating IP address(es) however be aware that it may take them a few hours / days to respond.

Have you followed the Compromised Email Account advice?

My account is secure, and I had my password changed by the phone support. Maybe it got compromised once (unlikely though), but definitely not twice.

Are the devices used to access the account secure?

Are you using the recommended setting for email clients?
