Hi Zach

Not very tech savvy.  I am not aware of using a third party mail client/app.   I set my email up with Virgin many years again and use a @blueyonder.co.uk email address.  The icon for emails shows Windows Live Mail

Thank you for your help, much appreciated

Windows Live Mail is a third party mail client.

Hi @Seb17,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm so sorry to hear you're facing an issue with many old emails being downloaded. To confirm, are you accessing and using your email service via the webmail platform on our website, or are you using a third party mail client/app like Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.?

Thanks,
