Tuning in

FAST TV gives a little bit of hope towards the uncertain future of live-liner television. I for one will be sad to see it demise as some doomsayers insist.

Considering SO many popular channels have shut-down over recent years, many because the big networks have taken back all their  content for their own streaming platforms (Universal Channel, Paramount, Disney and Fox all gone in a few short years.

My Virgin Media channel lineup was starting to look rather sparse!

There's some good FAST channels out there, my only concern is at the moment it is poor quality "television". Mostly old repeats of trashy daytime/reality/lifestyle programmes (the likes of "Homes Under the Hammer") Judge Judy and tried game shows.

Not as bad a line up as TalkTalk's recently added 90 FAST channels of utter rubbish mind you! (but then you do get what you pay for)
Pluto TV is rather good though (their U.S version is FAR better by a long-shot though) Except for the "Jamie Oliver Channel", not kidding!

Take a look at tubi tv which is based in the USA. I downloaded the app to the firestick and then vpn to it as it checks the ip addresses to make sure you are in the USA.

But that is my current favourite service and reminds me very much of a Netflix style setup with damn good movies and TV.
